Can you give a price over the phone?

We do not prefer to give prices over the phone generally because our pricing depends on what we discover during the inspection. At the inspection a qualified technician will thoroughly inspect the property and determine the level of infestation (if any), and best solution. At that time, we can create a custom treatment plan price for service.

Does your company offer maintenance plans?

Yes, after a thorough inspection, a technician will determine what type of maintenance plan would be best for your particular pest need.

Are your products eco-friendly?

We have specific products made for residential use and we also offer organic green products for certain pest services.

Are the treatments safe for children / pets?

Customer safety is one of District Elite's top priorities to ensure our families are not put at risk. We will be sure to inform customers of any precautions needed before a treatment occurs.

Will I need to leave my home during treatment?

Usually, only for bed bug, German cockroach and flea treatments, but if the technician decides the home should be evacuated for any safety reason, we will inform you in advance and give you time to prepare.

Is there a guarantee on the service your company provides?

Our company offers warranties on most of our services, meaning if we complete a pest service and there is a re-occurrence of the same issue within the warranty time period, our company will return at no charge to assess the re-occurrence and resolve any issue that doesn't require a contractor.
